CQM, INC. is an engineering consulting firm with 37 full and part-time staff members consisting of licensed professional engineers, registered land surveyors, and experienced technicians. CQM, INC. provides advantages, such as direct client communication, lower service fees to clients because of reduced overhead, and most importantly, the ability to react without the corporate structure. The firm's principals and licensed professionals perform actual field activities, at reduced rates, allowing hands-on project involvement.
CQM, INC. was incorporated in 1993 and is licensed to provide professional engineering services in the state of Wisconsin and all surrounding states.
CQM, INC. has little desire to be known as a large design firm. However, CQM, INC. provides complete civil and environmental engineering, surveying, and material testing services to municipal, commercial, industrial, and private clients, emphasizing strength in construction management and construction quality assurance. We have the necessary experience and expertise to provide construction management, construction quality assurance/control, site inspection, resident engineering, and design for both municipal and environmental related projects. With our company’s various surveying and engineering capabilities, we have provided our clients with various aspects of subdivision development, storm water management plans, topographic surveys, layout surveys, property line surveys, and utility staking.
